For Yuma Fritas, the mission

was to capture the heart of Cuban

culture—translating its vibrancy,

warmth, and rhythm into a dining

experience unlike anything

Rochester has seen. The design

strategy embraced high-impact

contrasts, rich tropical hues, and

playful cultural cues, weaving

together both Cuba’s spirited

identity and its culinary traditions. The

result is a space that feels alive,

colorful, and undeniably

flavorful—just like the food itself.
